3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain parts of our Services require you to create an account:

• Android App: Registration requires your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, and Mobile Number. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe the account has been used in violation of these Terms, or if fraudulent or inaccurate information was provided during registration.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
• You must not attempt to access another user's account or personal information.
• You must not submit false enquiries, false payment claims, or fraudulent information through any part of our Services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and mobile app — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, logos, design layouts, graphics, and brand names — is the intellectual property of Shreeji Jewellers or its content suppliers, and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any part of our content in any form or by any means without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use (such as saving images for personal reference) is permitted, provided it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

6. Gold and Silver Rates Disclaimer

Actual transaction rates at the time of purchase may differ from the rates displayed, and will be confirmed by our staff in-store at the time of purchase. Shreeji Jewellers shall not be held liable for any decisions — financial, investment, or otherwise — made solely on the basis of rates displayed on our website or app.

Please visit our showroom or call us to confirm the current buying/selling rate before making any purchase decision. All rates are quoted exclusive of GST (3% GST is applicable on gold and silver purchases as per Government of India regulations).

7. Product Information Disclaimer

Product images, descriptions, designs, and pricing shown on our website and app are for reference and informational purposes only. Actual products, designs, and prices may vary. Availability of specific designs or jewellery is subject to stock and may change without notice.

We do not currently operate an online store or payment gateway — no purchases can be made directly through our website or app. All transactions are completed in-store.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website or app may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as Google Maps for showroom directions, or WhatsApp for customer communication). These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control or endorse these third-party services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Clicking on a third-party link takes you away from our Services, and the terms and privacy policies of those third parties will apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shreeji Jewellers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, our website, app, or Purchase Plan Portal.
• Any decision made in reliance on gold/silver rates displayed on our Services.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data, provided we have taken reasonable security precautions.
• Any error or omission in content displayed on our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the relevant transaction, if any.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
